Delivery & Returns
Please read the following sections carefully and contact us if you are unsure about the cost of delivery or if you have a special requirement, for example for a guaranteed or timed delivery.
Small Products
UK
Small items, such as remote controls and case kits, will be delivered using the Royal Mail First Class Signed-For service and can be delivered to anywhere in the UK. The cost for postage and packaging will be added onto the price of the product you are purchasing. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.

EU
Small items, such as remote controls and case kits, will be delivered using the Royal Mail International Tracked service and can be delivered to anywhere in the EU. The cost for postage and packaging will be added onto the price of the product you are purchasing. Please note that there may be Customs charges to be paid prior to delivery.

Rest of the world
Small items, such as remote controls and case kits, will be delivered using the Royal Mail International Tracked service and can be delivered to most countries outside of the UK. The cost for postage and packaging will be added onto the price of the product you are purchasing. Please note that there may be Customs charges to be paid prior to delivery.

Large Items
Larger items purchased from Bridgwater Electronics, such as an alarm or cruise control system, will be delivered by Courier and will have to be signed for.
UK
Delivery to addresses in England, Wales and Southern Scotland will be charged at a single rate for a next day delivery. This charge will be applied when the item is added to your shopping basket. For addresses in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands, the delivery charge will vary so please contact us for details.
Rest of the world
Please contact us for delivery charges outside of the UK.
Extra terms
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
- We offer a full money back guarantee on products.
- You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
- You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
- When returning a product, the cost of the original postage will not be refunded, only the cost of the product itself.
Exclusions to Returns
There are specific products that may not be returned. These are the Laserline/Flashpoint T96 remote controls and the Foxguard/Sterling 6-digit code controls. These products, once ordered, may not be returned as they are custom made to the information supplied. It is important that customers ensure that they enter the correct specification for remote models before ordering to avoid this issue.
Return Terms
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Bridgwater Electronics and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);
- Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
- Contact us via Email, over the phone, fax or in writing (Details on the Contact Us page)
- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
